产品描述：
色霉素A3（Chromomycin A3，CMA3，CAS：7059-24-7），同义名Aburamycin b，由灰色链霉菌（Streptomyces griseus）代谢纯化所得的一种蒽醌抗生素，具有抗菌、抗真菌和抗肿瘤活性。常用作一种荧光DNA染料，非常适合用来筛查经子染色质存在的精蛋白缺乏（protamine deficiency）。在二价金属离子存在的条件下，色霉素A3（CMA3）通过与DNA特异性结合与可逆作用来阻断大分子合成。另外，通过结合到DNA小沟，色霉素A3有效调控与DNA促旋酶的竞争性抑制，从而显著影响拓扑异构酶II活性。CMA3对非小细胞性肺癌和宫近癌呈现体外细胞毒性，作用于HCC44，A549，ME180和 HeLa细胞的IC50s分别是1，42，60和40nM。CMA3还能通过改善Sp1和Sp3转录因子结合来抑制氧化应激和DNA损伤诱导的神经损伤。具体内活性。

For CMA3 staining, each slide was treated for 20 min with 100µl of CMA3 solution (0.25 mg/ml in McIlvaine buffer, pH 7.0, containing 10 mM MgCl2). The slides were then rinsed in buffer and mounted with buffered glycerol. Microscopic analysis of the slides was performed on a fluorescent Zeiss axioplane microscope with the appropriate filters. |
